The 5th Season Restaurant.
The first Thursday of every month The 5th Season is open. I have been chosen to work the past 3 months. I started on Grill in Dec, Pantry in Jan and Back Entremetier in Feb. This is my station from February, 6 bus tubs of food, 6 burners, numerous saute pans and me. I was responsible for all of the vegetables and starches on all of the main courses.
Definitely the most fun and rewarding night working the restaurant.
